Many of you are in a dilemma. You are at the retirement age, however, can't afford to retire. You want to not work, but your expenses, the economy and a lack of savings or retirement funding make it necessary to keep working. You are tired, ready for a break, and don't know what to do.

Here are the facts: The unemployment rate for over-55 people is the highest since post World War II. Those looking for jobs currently include the over 55 group. Those baby boomers are looking for jobs at a rate higher than any other demographic group. There are so many reasons for this jump. They are the group that may be the hardest hit in their inability to sell their home. Some have skills that are hard to market in today's job market. Their skills are not as fine tuned as some of the younger. And some of their trades are not used like they were 10 years ago. And let's face it, there just may be some age discrimination taking place.
